My organization is a 100-attorney environmental non profit law firm based in San Francisco.  It's the largest and we like to think the most effective environmental law firm in the nation.  Like many environmental groups, we continue to work hard to address our legacy as an organization who thinks of itself as serving everyone, but which has a long way to go in terms of looking like the country it serves.
