Thought you all might be interested in the attached Second Circuit ruling
from Friday if you haven't already seen it. The Court ruled in favor of
Google's library project and Google books project, with lots of implications
for digital books in general. 

 

Bloomberg Law's podcast has a good summary of the ruling today. You have to
get through about 15 headings before reaching the headings that have the
episodes of the show. The one about the Google case is the most recent one
at the top. Or just use a normal podcast app to find it.
