Hi,

My dad lives in California dnw ould like to put his house into trust for my brother and myself.  Does anyone have a sample document of what this type of instrument looks like (i.e., one he can put his information into?)  I'm licensed in Virginia and so I can't tell him what to do and I don't know what the instrument should look like to be valid in California.
