congratulations on your new job. The secretaries or legal assistants should 
be able to scan printed documents through OCR software that the firm should 
have. Additionally, if it is anything that was created in-house they should 
be able to email you a copy of the WORD or WP version that they created. If 
the agency uses college interns for clerical functions as many do this is a 
task that they can perform and get experience with various procedures.
