Hello Melissa,

You can use item chooser by triple tapping with two fingers. This will bring up a window with an edit field and list of text, links, and other objects you can jump to. This list changes with each letter you type in the edit field. To exit item chooser, press the home button once. I hope this helps.

Actually a Mac was made available for me in the event I need to use it but I did not figure it out quickly like you did and ai dont' think it has a track pad.

When I'm using Windows and JAWS and I'm on the internet, I can use the insert F7 command to go to the links lis tand then type the first letter of a link to jump to that link. I find this very important for web sites I know well like the cloud-based client data base our office uses. How can I move to links with that level of efficiency ot safari using IOS devices? This would make my work at home much easier.

If you are familiar with iOS a lot of the same just yours can be used to control voiceover on the Mac he using the trackpad that makes things a lot easier. Some of the voiceover keystrokes are complicated keyboard gymnastics some say so using the trackpad can be easier in some of those instances. Would be happy to talk off list if you have further questions. Have a good weekend.

Recently, I saw that Siri is available on Mac computers, and I am thinking about getting one. Do you think Siri would help me learn the Mac operating system faster? Does anyone have any experience on converting from PC to Mac, and how long did it take you to master the Mac operating system.
