[blindlaw] Complaining to Freedom Scientific About the Sporadic Functioning of the Virtual Viewer For Viewing Track Changes In Word

Thanks, Amar and Laura.
They've told me that they'll investigate the use of the virtual viewer
in Office 16 and Office 365 and cannot do anything about Office 10
which I also use a fair bit.

The solution has to be found in MS Office itself; using Office 365
just for this is not feasible.

Best,
Rahul
