Got it! Thank you for re-explaining, and I'm sorry for my confusion! But yes, I think that FS's biggest problem is not training its staff on the more "advanced" word features. I put advanced in quotes because they are not actually advanced. But on a number of occasions I have had to talk an FS rep through how to make a footnote, for instance, because they don't ever use them.
