-Serve as an expert in Federal EEO law, providing advice and guidance to the EOUSA and USAOs nation-wide.
-Provide specialized legal advice in the area of equal employment opportunity, support staff initiatives, develop and implement effective protocols for complaints processing, write policies, and conduct investigations.
--Conduct and/or manage complex investigations, and review work product of collateral duty and non-attorney staff to ensure work is of final quality.
-As an expert in Federal EEO law and practice, develop and interpret policy with respect to the spectrum of EEO issues.
-Serve as a key attorney in assigned EEO areas for EOUSA and for the collective USAOs.
-Provide expert advice to the United States Attorneys and their staff in the interpretation, intent, and applicability of Federal laws, regulations, and programs in the area of EEO.
-Perform legislative analysis, and reviews legislative proposals and provides expert advisory services for pending legislation.
-Conduct training on EEO laws and practice, and training on other program areas as needed.
