Strong legal research and writing skills and federal litigation experience are required. Employment and/or bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus but not essential. The ideal candidate has the familiarity with and the desire to work on challenging and complex cases, the ability to work remotely, an attention to detail, and good communication skills; is a team player; and can be responsible for several cases (with guidance from the partners).
