Third. No technology nor AI/OCR/camera/screen reader combo technology has been able to do what the human eye and brain can do at the current time. Sighted assistance is just one of many techniques that should be in the tool kit.

I agree with Rahul. Unfortunately, no technology is an accurate substitute for sighted assistance in this case. OCR packages can only get us part of the way there.
