Has anyone been successful dissolving a special needs trust? Other question:
Is it possible to dissolve part of a special needs trust that’s combined for one of the members who would be considered non-disabled by Social Security from having a full-time job if the original clause of the trust is irrevocable?
I hope this makes sense?
