[blindLaw] Do any of you use ZoomText or fusion?

I love when this list gets riled up. Everyone has fantastic points. I know the problems are complicated and it would be foolish to myopically blame one entity or another.

Still, what I see in the wide spread contracting with Dell is some sort of race to the bottom. Contracts that yield a lot of units and sacrifice quality. At the other end of that is us, the people to whom these services are targeted. there are clearly multiple failures along this supply chain when the intended recipients of these machines are being adversely affected.

I’m so glad to hear the recommendations regarding HP and software tweaks. These are lifelines that I should have been reaching for, through this list, a long time ago. Being swept up in the flow of the semester kept me from taking such an obvious practical step. Thanks so much everyone for being so engaged.

Sincerely,
