[blindLaw] Accessing Case Text Without Citations etc.

As others have said, there's no good way to eliminate this information. If you are a JAWS user and you don't already do this, you might try using a sound scheme that announces funt and attribute changes. I find this helpful because hearing JAWS say that a case name is in italics helps delineate things for me.
