Westlaw has it. Not sure about the edition though.

Subject: [blindLaw] obtaining an accessible Black's law dictionary

[EXTERNAL]

Hello,
I am taking some law courses and I require a Black's law dictionary for an upcoming class. I am in need of an edition between the 8th and the 11th. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to be able to find an accessible version? Thank you for your assistance in advance.
Best,
Heidi
