Good morning:

I was hired to work remotely for a law firm and requested the installation of NVDA on their virtual machine.

They sent me an email stating that for the accommodation provided I will have to have my doctor fill a job accommodation form and return the filled form to the HR person.

Is this legal for them to do? If not, what argument can I use to refuse to have my doctor to fill the form?
