[Blindmath] processing pdf before ocr with infty

Hi folks
You need to convert pdf to one of the graphical formats such as bmp 
or tiff before trying your luck with the InftyReader. Fortunately, I 
have found just the program for the task. It's the UDC Universal 
Printer and the good news is that it's also freely available.
