[Blindmath] Can PDF math texts be accessed via screen reader?

Hi,
there is a open cource book, something like a first course in linear
algebra out there I don't have a site but google should find it, or I
can send you the latex source as a tarball. It mainly comes as pdf
but latex source and html is also avalable.
