[Blindmath] Improving screen reader accessibility of mathematics on the web

Aaron Leventhal, who heads up the accessibility efforts at Mozilla, 
developers of the Firefox web browser, is seeking feedback about the 
best way to improve the screen reader accessibility of mathematics on 
the web.

Mozilla has led in both implementing MathML natively in a browser and in 
implementing ARIA to improve web application accessibility. Their lead 
is likely to be influential in this instance too.

Aaron is interested to find out what tools screen reader users currently 
use to read mathematics on the web and what sort of output they would 
prefer.
