[Blindmath] Engineering for blind students

Hi,

This is Kartik Sawhney. I'm a student in class X in India. I wish to
study Sciences (PCM) in classes XI and XII, and then study Computer
Science and Engineering from IIT, Delhi or a foreign university. Can
you give me info if we can take up engineering, how feasable is it,
and how do people in US study the figures/diagrams prevalent in the
engineering courses?
