[Blindmath] Stat Formulas

A .brf file is an embossable braille file.  It could be read in a braille notetaker or embossed to paper.  You will perhaps be able to read some of it, because Nemeth Code numbers and letters are represented by their ASCII equivalents in North American braille usage.
