[Blindmath] First attempt at an SWT/SVG based drawing program

Note to all.  Internet Explorer 9 supports SVG but previous versions did
not.  Firefox is a much more robust browser and has supported SVG for some
time.  I strongly recommend installing Firefox for all web browsing.  The
learning curve is fairly small, since screen reader commands are the same in
all browsers.

I'd second the recommendation to try a different browser.  Firefox 6 
works well for me to download the .jar as well as render the .svg 
files produced by the program.

If Firefox "crashes" as well, I'd suspect the anti-virus program from 
blocking the download without alerting you in an audible way.

Last resort would be to use a command-line download utility like wget.
