[Blindmath] Making Mathtype documents in Word accessible

Neil,

This worked well.  Now instead of converting to Latex and going 
insane trying to decipher the equations with a screen reader, I can 
publish to HTML and then use Mathreader in IE which is much much 
easier to understand.

For the benefit of others, here are the three versions of my Calculus document:

1.  The original Word document using Mathtype equations
2.  The same document with Mathtype converted to Latex
3.  The original document published to HTML using MathML for IE
