[Blindmath] Testers for SVGDraw01 needed

One user running Windows 7 on a 64-bit computer has reported problems
opening the standard SWT file dialogs in the latest version of SVGDraw01.

Those file dialogs are opened from several items on the File menu. There is
also a button on the Draw > Polyline page that opens an SWT  file dialog.

It would be helpful if others could test the program and report similar
problems if they occur, particularly users running Windows 7 on a 64-bit
computer. The program is designed to run using the 32-bit SWT library and
should run on either 32-bit or 64-bit computers.
