[Blindmath] Testers for SVGDraw01 needed

This issue has been resolved. It turns out to have been a compatibility
issue involving a particular version of Windows 7, java version "1.6.0_26",
and the SWT, as described at
http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7056092

Recompiling the program with Java version 1.7.0 seems to have resolved the
problem.
