[Blindmath] How to get MathPlayer to work on IE9

Hi,

How can I get MathPlayer to work on IE9?  I have already installed the addon, and I am trying to open a document downloaded onto my computer.  I have also set the Advanced Multimedia setting for allowing Active content to be run for files on my computer, but I still cannot get the equations to speak correctly.

I am running Windows 7 64-bit with demo version of JAWS12, as I don't think NVDA, which is my primary screen reader, can read MathPlayer content.
