Gaylen,
I thought I might have access to at least part of the text you seek,
however, it appears I have a text for elementary and intermediate Algebra
written by the same author. You might try the AMX Database of the High Tech
Training Unit. HTTU. The HTTU is the training arm for the California
Community Colleges and they have a database of alternate media the schools
and others have created. To link to their web site,
http://www.htctu.fhda.edu/htcturesources/htcturesource_main.htm. Though I am
not completely certain, I think that schools outside California can gain
access to their materials. Another option is to contact the Alternate Media
Access Center connected to the University of Georgia Regents. The best way
to find them is probably to go to accesstext.org and call the toll free
number provided. Good luck!
