[Blindmath] MathJax Accessibility: math/STEM universal access/design

Since MathJaX can be configured to emit MathML, surely it would be best to
concentrate on making sure that all browsers can display MathML in an
accessible manner.  That way, accessibility is not confined to a particular
technology but is in step with the standards that form the backbone of the
web.
