[Blindmath] Accessible display format for matrices

Yes, the pronounciation of symbols such as ; is usually controlled by
the verbosity settings of the screen reader in question.
Users need to set the appropriate verbosity level to make sure that
non-alphabet characters are pronounced when they want them to be.
