[Blindmath] Accessible display format for matrices

I think the main point missed here is that NVDA can do cell navigation, OK 
may be not quite as nice (in some peoples' minds) but still perfectly 
accessible. I am sure if it became such an issue someone would feel pushed 
enough to add it to opensource products like NVDA and then that might push 
the commercial offerings to catch up as they would be lacking.
