[Blindmath] Publishing an SVG converter

Hi,

I am almost ready to release the first version of a program which converts SVG drawings (particularly those I can draw with SVGDraw) to a format known as SIG. This will enable others in my position who do not own a Tiger but have a different embosser to emboss these SIG files using Duxbury. Does anyone here know of a site where I could publish this for free so that anyone could download it? I've considered Source Forge and Google Code, but these seem to be for group projects, and I do not intend to turn my SVG converter into a group project.
