[Blindmath] MathType, word and reading existing documents

Hello,
Firstly I keep forgetting what is the keystroke for changing mathtype in word to LaTeX input mode?

Also does this work for documents people have created with MathType equations and then sent me (IE. can I read the equations of an existing document by switching MathType to have LaTeX input mode)?
