[Blindmath] Using the vOICe learning edition

Amanda,

This was very helpful and it got me to finally try out the voice.

One question though, you said Ctrl-Alt-F3 will slow the period down 
to 4 seconds.

I can use F3 to toggle between 1 second and 2 seconds but Ctrl-Alt-F3 
does not seem to work.

I wonder if our versions differ?
