[Blindmath] Using the vOICe learning edition

Ben,,

I figured it out. If you want quarter speed, you have to hit control alt F3 
before you hit F8, not after. I don't know why this is, but when you're 
using the vOICe in function plot mode, training mode, web sonification etc. 
some of the fine adjustment features seem to be "covered up" by these 
windows.
