Hi Ruchi,

For blind drawing, your best bet is svgdraw01 from
http://www.dickbaldwin.com. Your son would have to learn coordinate geometry
or at least how coordinates work but that should not be too difficult. 

As for other tools, I see 2 key problems.
1. Your son has to give the math to the teacher in a format which she
understands.
2. He has to be able to read math books and to edit his work.

For point 1, mathType with word or LaTex with converting the final answers
to PDF should work. MathType is a more GUI environment so that may be
easier.
For problem 2, the only option is InftyReader. You may want to get a Tiger
embosser and the View Plus Iveo software so that you can teach him other
things like how the solar system looks, maps etc.
