Pranav,
Actually, you are doing a great job the way you are approaching it. You
can do them in several different ways. Some people draw them like flow
charts. The basic idea is that you would start with yourself then branch
off (draw a line) in opposite directions from you draw a line and on one
line put your mother's name and on the other put your father's name.
>From your mothers name you would put two lines and put the names of her
parents on those lines and from your father's name you would do the same
and put names of his parents on those. From that you would go on to
parents on both sides of the grandparents. It will become pretty crowded
pretty fast. If the diagram is too complex you could possible create it
in outline form with your mother being capital A and your father being
capital B. I hope I have not totally confused you, but my intent was
good..smiles.
