[Blindmath] Putting SVGDraw images, vOICe audio, and LaTeX content in Wordpress: Am I asking the impossible?

I can help with some of the questions regarding SVGDraw and SVG
conversions. However, it will be helpful if you can describe your level of
vision so that I will know what tools you may be able to use without
assistance.
