[Blindmath] Using Latex-Access Jaws Script with pdf and ppt files

Hello all,
This is quote from my teacher's email explaining how he write equations. 
Could anyone have a solusion for this. Maybe I think I should convert ppt to 
word, then convert to latex, is it ok? So what program can do it? And if 
nayone have a solusion, please let me know.
