[Blindmath] From MathML to CML

Although not really designed for it, in my experience people use MathML to
write chemical formulas.  So you should consider MathML->Nemeth for
chemistry formulas, but the MathML probably won't be marked as a chemistry
formula so you'll have to use some heuristics to guess.
