[Blindmath] Using Microsoft Silverlight with Jaws 13

Hi all, I'm Giang, a new member. 
My lecturer sent me a link to do the prelecture of my chemistry class, and I have to use Microsoft Silverlight to do it. However, I don't know what the Silverlight is. I opened the link and jaws only read the title. 
I know that it doesn't related to math, sorry, but can you help me? 
I'm using Jaws 13, Window 7 64 BIT and Firefox 15. I'm also using Internet Explore 9
