[Blindmath] New BrailleBlaster installers for Windows

Some people were having difficulties with the first installers. 
Corrected ones are now availoable at http://www.brailleblaster.org on 
the "get BrailleBlaster" page.

BrailleBlaster has special features for STEM. It is free and Open 
Source.

We are looking for someone to make an installer for the Mac.
