[Blindmath] MATLAB Accessibility

Hi John: Hi Justin:

That document is good.  However, to change some settings according to
that document, I needed some sighted help.  Once that was done, the
rest was quite accessible just like R.  One could also try Octave, an
Open Source alternative to Matlab.  What I heard is that Octave lacks
some advanced features present in Matlab.  Otherwise, syntax and
everything else is the same.  In addition to that, we need not do
anything special for Octave to be accessible.
