I would still put "R" at the top (right now) in terms of accessibility and
the ability to do whatever you want with Statistics.  I say this because SAS
is about to provide another level of accessibility that I am just dying to
get.  Coming later this year, you should be able to get access to the SAS
output in the same window with JAWS.  You will still have to use the command
line, but that is the most powerful way to use any of the Stats packages
anyway.  SAS has been putting a lot of effort into providing access to a lot
of the things they produce, specifically the free educational content that
is provided to public school systems.
