[Blindmath] Typing in Nemeth Braille

If they are very simple graphics, I think you would be fine without knowing
braille but Nemeth Code can be tricky and complex and I'd be concerned that
if you're not a braille transcriber you might be writing something
completely whacky even with a software translation program. A transcriber
always has to check and make sure the translation is top notch.
