Subject: [Blindmath] abacus- fractions to decimals
Dear all,
Is there a method to convert fractions to decimal on Abacus? I have been using 2 abacii to work out problems like 1/8 =0.125 and manually setting the numbers without any rules. I apply the rules that apply to the sighted method of working out such problems, but feel it is sometimes difficult for the students to remember.
Thanks in advance,
Shanthala
