[Blindmath] MATLAB accessibility

My roommate tried to use my Math Lab with Jaws` 14 last semester, but
couldn't get it to work. From the research I have done, even if you
can get a version to work, it will only read multiple choice
questions, but no free response questions. They say it works with Jaws
12.
