Can you read?
She wanted to create this handout for *sighted* students.
To answer the OP's question, you can do it with LaTeX. If you had Gnu/Linux,
I'd tell you to install the texlive package and use that to compile your
documents. I'm not sure what you'd do on a Windows box. I will start a
thread about that topic.

Do you have a Nemeth book? On page 313 they show you the spacial
arrangement of a fraction. If you don't, I can try to explain it.

On one line and three spaces from margin, you would Braille out number sign
with the number for the numerator.

On the next line below that, and one space to the left of that number sign
Braille sign for "th" then a series of dots 25 until the end of the number,
then the number sign. You are basically creating the fraction line
spacially.

For the denominator: On the next line, and lining up your number sign just
below the number sign in the numerator, again Braille a number sign then the
number.

Hello All,
I am creating some handouts for sighted students, which will contain some
basic math equations, and specifically, I need to format the division
equations properly so that the numerator is above the denominator (instead
of them simply being seperated with a /) Is there an accessible way to do
this? I am currently using Word 2003.
Thanks,
Sarah
