Hi Daniel,
1. IVEO: talk to Viewplus support, but to my knowledge it hasn't been
updated in years. My recommendation is not to bother trying Iveo. My
Iveo touchpad has been a waste of time and has been catching dust for
years, because the software is so buggy it is useless.
2. There are few science oriented assistive technology products, and to
my knowledge there are no specific channels to follow for updates
concerning science oriented assistive technology products. This list is
the right place to ask about such products and many updates are posted
here. ICCHP Summer university (www.icchp-su.net) is an annual event
where most of the important people in this (extremely small) field come
together, and I can recommend this event to any blind science student or
professional working with such students. If you're interested in more
information don't hesitate to contact me (tim at dvlop.nl).
3. lateX: you're on the right list, there are a lot of lateX experts
including myself on this list so if you have questions on lateX just ask
here.
Tim
