Start her to doing a budget & working through a checking / debit account.
Make her "pay bills" & "shop" and activities like that.
Money is something most blind people have to manage because they don't often 
have much starting out! LOL!
If she is college bound  INSIST upon algebra if nothing more.
Her skills / tastes may lie elsewhere, but she will need that no matter 
what.
