Hello,

Does anyone know if the Design Science Math Player will work on Internet
Explorer 11? I heard a rumor that Design Science was trying to develop a
more robust math reader.

Subject: [Blindmath] Math ML

There is not a yes or no answer to this question since MathML is not a
program. MathML is an international standard XML specification for the
electronic or digital represention of mathematics. Here is the official
link to the latest information.
http://www.w3.org/Math/

MathML is not intended to be read by humans although it, like other XML
formats, can be read directly if necessary. Typically MathML is converted to
typeset math for visual reading or to braille math for tactile reading.
Because of its flexiblity and comprehensive nature MathML is the standard
format used for mathematics in EPUB 3 documents.

There are many different programs that can be used to produce MathML from
various kinds of math entry. Some of these programs are more accessible
than others.
