[Blindmath] excel keyboard shortcuts

These shortcuts can be found on the web. Just search for something like
Microsoft Excel and shortcut keys.  The same goes for all office apps.  Not
to mention there are online courses that are pretty good and free for all
Microsoft products.

It is possible that if you got this material as part of a course you paid
for that you may not have permission to distribute them.  Your situation
might be different, though, but caution is sometimes a good thing.
